At Lumineek, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • The product arrived unbroken and in proper condition

  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • The refund will be completed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing time may vary

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a damaged product received.
